Thomson & Joseph Ltd is committed to providing excellence through a timely and effective service that ensures the highest standards of quality are upheld throughout the company. As a consequence the company aims to provide efficient customer service, product processing and delivery. This is achieved by a shared responsibility that requires every employee to be aware and comply with the directives of the Quality System that is relevant to their activities. Quality is the responsibility of every employee.

The development and enhancement of the Quality System is the responsibilty of the Managing Director. Responsibility for the continuous monitoring of company activities, and adherence to the system and controls used to ensure that quality is maintained, is assigned to the Quality Manager.
